CANCELLATION & TRANSFER QUESTIONS

1. I have to cancel my camper's registration but have already paid in full. Do I get my money back?

2. My child's friend (whom I listed as a room mate) is going to cancel. Can my child substitute another friend in his/her place?

When a camper cancels, we first go to the next camper in line on the waiting list. We would be glad to add your friend to this list. Campers are added to a waiting list by sending in a registration form. If there is no waiting list, and there is an open spot on camp, your friend must send in a registration form for the camp and name you as a room mate. They will then be placed on your camp.

3. My child's friend has decided to go on a different camp, so my child now wants to change to a different camp too. Can my child switch camps?

If you need to transfer a camper after they have been confirmed on a camp, please let us know and we will be glad to move them to another camp as space allows. A transfer fee of $50 does apply. Transfers are not permitted within 14 days of the original camp start date, and must be within the same camp season.
