ONLINE REGISTRATION QUESTIONS
1. Who can fill out an online registration form?
The person filling out an online registration form is able to register a number of children onto any number of camps but must be the parent or guardian of at least one (1) of the campers they are registering onto a camp. Even if you are a student 18 years or over with your own credit card, you will still need one of your parents to register you online for a camp to maintain the integrity of the Crusaders database.
2. Is it safe to pay online?
CRU Camps respects your privacy and will not take risks with your personal financial information. Our online form is designed to be as simple as possible, while allowing maximum security and privacy for all your details. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. At no time do we store your credit card information on our server. The complete transaction process (from collection of credit card details to the retrieval of transaction result) occurs on a Card Access Service Secure Payment Server hosted in the CAS AIS certified Data Centre. We hope that this can put you at ease regarding web registrations with CRU Camps. For more information, please view our
Security Statement.
3. What are the methods of payment for online registrations?
Our online registration process only allows payment via credit card – VISA or MasterCard only. For all other methods of payment you will need to register over the phone or send in a registration form via mail or fax.
4. How do I register my child's friends onto camp using the online registration system?
As long as you are the parent or legal guardian of at least 1 of the children you are registering for a camp, you can register up to 4 other children onto any one camp.
Firstly, select the camp and then enter the names of all the children you wish to register for that camp. Then enter details for each child and their parent or legal guardian and then make payment through the secure payment gateway. You will need to have any medical details for each child and their Medicare card on hand.
Parents or guardians who are not the person submitting the registration must post or fax a signed authorisation form to the Crusader office within 48 hours (or 2 working days) of the online registration submission date. If this is not done, Crusaders reserves the right to cancel and reallocate the registration. The camp fee (less a $50 administration charge) will be refunded to the payee.
5. How do I register more than one child onto the same camp in a single online registration?
You are able to register up to five (5) children for any one camp in the online registration system. Once the camp has been selected, you need to input the name, school year and gender for each child in the boxes provided. Then fill in the details for each child and each child's parent or guardian. If you are registering more than 5 children onto any one camp, you must register the first 5 and then complete another registration form for the remaining children.
6. How do I register numerous children onto different camps in a single online registration?
You can select different camps for different children in the one online registration by selecting the first camp, entering the details of the relevant child, then clicking on the 'Registration' button. You then need to click on the 'Select Another Camp' button, select the next camp from the camp list, enter the next child's details and do this for as many children or camps as required. When all the children and camps have been entered, you then click on the 'Continue' button and proceed with the registration process and enter all the details for all the children and parents/guardians.
7. Are there other ways to book my child onto camp besides using the online registration process?
If you are unable to use the online registration process, you can still register your child for a camp by posting or faxing a registration form to the Crusader office. This form will be available in the seasonal CRU Camps brochure or can be downloaded from our
Register Now page. Alternatively you can register over the phone by calling the Crusaders Office on (02) 9874 8933 (option 1).

You will be unable to complete the registration process online and will need to contact the CRU Camps office on (02) 9874 8933 (opt 1) and register over the phone.
9. Can I purchase merchandise online?
The only way you are able to buy merchandise online is during the online process of registering a child on a camp. This merchandise will be delivered to the camper at their camp. Customers wishing to purchase merchandise without registering on a camp are unable to do so online. These customers need to visit our
CRU Gear page and purchase merchandise via telephone, mail or fax.
